Problem
Lead records were split between spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory. The team had no reliable view of where each deal stood, which tasks were overdue, or which contacts needed follow-up.
Solution
We mapped the sales process into a custom CRM with a simple pipeline, account views, task reminders, and note history. The interface was designed to fit the way the team already worked, instead of forcing a generic CRM workflow on them.
