A cloud integration concept for a business that wanted order, customer, and notification data to move cleanly between tools.

Problem
The business used multiple cloud services that did not share data well. Staff had to re-enter the same information in different places, which increased errors and slowed daily work.
Solution
We designed an integration layer that connected the core tools through APIs and event-based workflow steps. The aim was to keep the source of truth clear and reduce duplicate manual entry.
