Problem
The team was spending too much time moving information from forms to inboxes, then into spreadsheets and internal tools. Repeated tasks made the process slower and easier to miss.
Solution
We designed an automation workflow that routed submissions, created the right records, triggered notifications, and left room for human review on exceptions and approvals.
